Band and troops march off after ceremony. Int, Rathaus Schoneberg (City Hall). Sec. and Mrs. Connally meet Mayor Willy Brandt. They sign the Golden Book. The Secretary is presented with replica of the Freedom Bell. At the ceremony are Frau Lowka, Vice Pres. of the Berlin Parliament, and Mr. Lightner, Asst. Chief, US Mission. Sec. Connally, Maj. Gen. Watson and Brig. Gen. Frederick O. Hartel arrive by car for riot control demonstration. They take their places in reviewing stand. Sec. and party watching the demonstration.
